i have my appt today but to be honest i don't even want to go in... just the fact that i know im not dilating fast enough gets me so frustrated because labor pain and signs are all there but no dilation... i wonder if their is anything they can do to help the process go faster... #37Weeks

it depends on your doctor! I've heard of people getting it at 37 weeks but my doc made me wait till 39. it doesn't hurt to ask (: @figuezmunoz

same here! ask if you can have your membranes stipped, it's not painful and it's supposed to get labor going within 24-72 hours! that's what I did this morning, I'm super crampy now just waiting
