how soon can I get an ultrasound done to determine baby's sex?

I got it at 12 weeks 4 days but I'm also high risk

normally 14 and up just becasue they are more accurate and the genitals are fully formed

I found out when i was 14 weeks but I think most Dr like to wait until at least 20weeks

okay. doctor is not sure of my due date. they did an ultrasound and supposedly I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow but when doctor felt ny uterus she said it felt like a 12 week uterus but that was like 3 weeks ago. so I'm just not sure :/
