I fell down the stairs at 20 weeks and was fine. You should be okay. I just called my OB hotline and they told me if I wasn't having intense cramping and bright red spotting then all was well. Maybe give them a call when you get a chance. Good luck.

I think I was about 25 weeks or something around there and i tripped over something and landed flat on my belly in the living room on carpet and I went to the ER and baby was fine I was fine but they kept me over night cause of small contractions. Scariest thing to ever happen to me I was so worried about my baby more than I was about me

And now I'm 36 weeks and doing just fine
