Sorry for the TMI but it now seems I have a vomiting bug that I must have got from my 1 year old. I've got it coming out of both ends now and haven't kept anything down, not even water. I've been sick 6 times now since 9am and my last vomit (around 10 minutes ago) had streaks of blood. I imagine that as its all acid coming up its burning a little. I feel fine otherwise but tummy is a bit painful from vomiting and wrenching. Any advice? Avoiding a&e if possible.

Call 111 and ask them for advice on what you should do, start by telling them your pregnant and then go on to tell them the problem, they'll ask you loads of questions which sometimes seem irrelevant but it really helps, I called last Friday and they told me to go to the hospital within 2hours and it turned out I had a kidney infection... Better safe than sorry xx
