I'm waiting on hearing back from Morgan and Morgan to see if they want to take my case against Publix. I'm supposed to hear something back within the next 24 hours. The paralegal that I spoke with told me that she thinks the case is definitely worth the attorneys reviewing at least so she sent it on over to them. We shall see what happens!

@meganeileen6, @taestasia I slipped and fell 8 days after my csection and hurt myself really bad in their store, because I slipped on a puddle of water near the pharmacy. They had no 'wet floor' signs, the pharmacist saw what happened and didn't ask if I was ok or offer help, and thr girl at the CS desk was rude and condescending towards me until the manager came out and spoke with me. Publix corporate offices tried to offer me 1K to not pursue a lawsuit. I am pursuing a lawsuit anyway and hopefully Morgan and Morgan takes it - they have a whole team of slip and fall atty's.
