I think you could put the deposit down and be okay, with him making as much as he does y'all will be okay:) just make sure none goes to a bank account and he needs to contact the IRS to find out what he did to make them do that and work out a plan or they'll never leave y'all alone

yes. if he has a child with someone else, and is on child support, say he owns back child support. they will take the money from you. because you guys are married they will take the money from you. because your money is considered his and his is yours.

also, he needs to contact them like NOW to work out a plan, because the next step they will take is garnishing his wages, which will come out of his check before he even gets his hands on it.
