Feeling really down, upset and anxious about everything, rang the doctors this morning for an appointment and the receptionist was so horrible to me telling me it wasn't an emergency well no it's not but I need to talk to someone as I feel like utter shit :/ feel like I've got no energy and no will to do anything :(
