As a group of women, many of whom are utilising NHS healthcare during pregnancy, childbirth and aftercare. I'd like you to consider this:
When you feel frustrated, waiting long periods for your appointments, don't get mad at the nurses and doctors, we are experiencing a worrying shortage of staff to support us.
We want to help you by providing you with the best quality care, the way you want it. However, with limited funding this is so difficult!
Appreciate the NHS staff that are still there. Fighting for good patient care and not leaving to better paid jobs in the private sector. The NHS is a tough place to work right now. Please give the staff your appreciation and patients. XXXX

I think a lot of people would realise this if it was taken away from them , we get free health care some people just don't realise how lucky they are and they always have somewhere to turn if hurt/ poorly etc. Not every doc or nurse is happy 100 percent of the time (who is) but they are still there ! I for one feel safe knowing I only have to walk into a hospital or pick up the phone. They are all doing there best with the circumstances they are given in my eyes. Xx

My care during my first two miscarriages and now a successful 18 week pregnancy has always been brilliant. Sure, sometimes there's a wait but I think people forget how lucky we still are in this country.

I don't know if you have heard the proposal of giving women 3k to get their maternity care/labour of a place of their choice. This is purely due to the shortage of Nhs beds. Encouraging women to have home births and private sector births. NHS just needs more support by the public when it comes to politics and voting. Without it we will be paying a lot for our health care in the future!
