I feel like utter crap! barky cough, nasal congestion, nose bleed, lightheadedness, sneezing, sore feeling in chest in the heart area, migraine, and joint and muscle pain everywhere. I'm high risk and unsure what to do.

Do you have an on call nurse that you can call and maybe ask her what to do/take? If not I would call your doctor first thing in the morning.

If you think it's serious enough there's always the ER.. I never know what I can or can't take :/ I hope you start to feel better though.
