Question ladies on the strep b test coming positive how did it go during labor ? IDK if I explained myself well

I heard the antibiotics burn as it goes in but some people say it's not so bad cause you're more focused on the contractions.

I don't remember the antibiotics hurting at all, but that was 2 years ago I had it with my first lol

With my last pregnancy it went fine. I got there they gave me my epidural and hooked me up to antibiotics and it only hurts a little when it goes thru the iv but other than that it was good I was on antibiotics for 4 hrs

My hospital said they would give me 2 doses of antibiotics 4 hours apart, I did not make it to the second dose before baby was born and she was fine! the antibiotics stung going in but just for a minute!!! just remind the labor and delivery nurse your positive for it when you get there!!!

i had it while pregnant with my first i had to go home with an iv in it sucked then had iv antibiotics for 3 days then oral ones worst infection ever then did the antibiotics thru iv during birth wasnt bad at all forgiven i wouldve had anbiotics while in labor anyways sinxce my water broke prematurely
