So my babies are 1 month old and two days. I was wondering does anyone else's baby like want to stay awake all day. Then gets super tired and can't fall asleep

My children hate sleep... I have found a strict sleeping schedule helps, and a "calm down" time before helps too

What helps u? But also have twins ones in the hospital and I have other with me. So idk if leaving is not helping me
