Has anyone gotten a water birth if so how was it? its my plan to get one but my sister is annoying tf out of me saying…

yes it's an amazing experience! I plan to have another with baby #2 (: And yes I did shot in the tub lol but they use a little fish net thing that gets it out immediately, you hardly even notice. kind of a weird thing to worry about haha. in the moment you could really careless.

I'm planning to have one! I'm so excited! My husband's cousin went out of her way to tell us how "against it" she is because it's "not safe" but she isn't really educated on it so she can go on somewhere lol. Rooting for you!

I just hate for one to tell me what to do like I'm pretty sure I will but its not about that its about having a healthy baby @coltroyalsmama1224 how long did u push?? @iamthebluebird thank you, I haven't spoke with my Doc about it but will next apt I'm excited

@iamthebluebird, lol not safe?! it is very safe. and no midwife or Dr would let you have a water birth of there were complications that would make it unsafe. my water birth with my son was incredible! ♡ I am so happy to hear your planning on having one, I try to encourage everyone to at least think about it and learn about it.

@novasmother, yes it's all about having a healthy baby ♡ but you also want the best birth possible for the both of you (: And I pushed for about 4 and a half hours because my son wasn't ready. he was born at 40 wks and 5 days. he tried coming out with his hand lol so I had obstacles! but my midwife helped tremendously! I couldn't have done it without her. I strongly recommend you get a midwife and have a water birth ♡(:
