Does anybody else's Doctor have diet rules for their clients??

My doctor has all of her pregnant patients on a strict diet consisting of fruit veggies and lean meat.. Nothing with a lot of sugar or salt. @lil_bigmama

It's ur choice what u eat none but u say what can go in ur mouth they can say they like u to do it this way but that's it lol

I got sick off of healthy stuff I ate junk my whole pregnancy and was fine . but if I was already fat I would of found other stuff healthy to eat .

In definitely at a healthy weight, it's just how she wants her clients to eat I guess @lil_bigmama @carlitojrmami
