When is the earliest you can find out the sex?

I think at the very very earliest through ultrasound is 14 weeks. I found out at 16 weeks through a 3d ultrasound though so you had to be a certain week before they saw you @sierraannmariee

the genitalia forms around 14 weeks and is completely formed by 16 weeks. anytime after 14 weeks it's possible. I will find out this Saturday via 3D/4D ultrasound! :) my doctor won't do the gender ultrasound until 20 weeks so my sister is paying for a private ultrasound

@sierraannmariee, I'm 40 weeks on Friday. I've had two other ultrasounds at 20 weeks and 32 weeks and it was spot on. Definitely a boy. I think it's easier for them to mistake a boy for a girl then the other way around.

There is a blood test that can be done as early as 9 weeks
