I was told to jus breathe. altho I'm not having anyone in the room with me besides my husband and imma have the lights dim since that always keeps me calm. I even asked my hubby if he was ready to do some serious back, belly and head rubbin since that always keeps me calm, he was like yup, bring it on!! whatever helps to bring my son into this world.
