How far in advance are you ladies planning or how far along did you take your maternity leave from work? I'm not nearly far enough yet, but I want to have a game plan so I have it all planned out to make life easier. I don't know when a good time is. I don't get paid leave, so I want to go as long as possible, but at the same time i don't want to be miserable either 😕

I'm still working and I'm 35 weeks but I'm definetly miserable at times (feet& back)luckily I'm a l&d nurse... soy coworkers all understand when they see.ke.sitting.on the chair a little more than normal. I plan 2 continue working until 38 weeks and use my leave for after-school have a repeat c section at 39 wks-this is my 3rd baby though so its.not my.1st rodeo

I'm not sure but I worked up until I went into labor at 39 weeks 5 days. I wanted to use all of my leave to spend time with my baby.

I officially went on leave last week at 38 weeks. I wanted to work up until I delivered but it was getting too hard for me

Oh, wow! You're a trooper! I work at T-Mobile so I'm on my feet all day long and they aren't supportive if I'm sitting. I get asked to stand on a constant basis of I'm trying to sit and it's not my break. I'm 24/25 weeks, so I'm still way early for it getting bad, but the back pain is definitely there! Lol. But at least I know it's possible to work up until having the baby! Since I don't get paid maternity leave, that's what I want to try and do!
