I always go straight to 0 to 3 month. They only fit newborn for like a month unless you have a really small baby.

My son was 6 lbs 8 oz. 0-3 was too big for him. He was in newborn for 3-4 weeks. Then he was in 0-3 months until he was 2 months old. They grow so fast!

my son is three weeks old, wieghts in at nine pounds and fits in new borns. :) he only grew out of two new born outfits because hes so long.
