...2nd degree tear. NOT BAD considering he was breech. However I just got a whole new appreciation for betadine and numbing spray lol Still sticking to my no-meds creed but GOSH I feel every bit now. Wish my spray lasted longer lol

pads with aloe plus witch hazel.. freeze them... soooooooothing for hours. I also used my peri bottle when I felt the numbing spray wasn't helping

@tayek, nothing helped when I was ripped and they also cut me. I was miserable for about 2 entire months. hopefully you heal quicker than I did.

@nicemmcha2015, I freaked out watching the doctor stitch me. Seemed like he was going forever! Were you able to take warm baths after the first couple weeks? I will hate the shower thing.

@tayek, it took them an hour to stitch me and even then she was like it's not all fixed but I've got to stop because I'm making you bleed even worse and I almost needed a blood transfusion. and yes, after the stitches dissolved.

@tayek, very helpful i even brought extra after i was discharged... Im doing natural birth again with my daughter i pray i dont get ripped this time...very painful to pee lol

I second the padsicles!!! That, along with the numbing/anti itch spray stuff, & peri bottle. I also drunk a lottttt of water so that my urine would be less acidic.
