my ob told me red wine increases your chance of conceiving during ovulation. plus it relaxes you and takes some of the stress away. red wine and clomid worked for me lol I told my husband he better have me a glass after delivery lol
@brittanynicole1116, ohh hadn't heard that. I'm just old school and don't believe all the new crap people say. They used to drink in the olden days while pregnant and babies came out better in my opinion. On that note don't freak out yall. I've had a total of 2 alcoholic drinks. And in 29 weeks. I'm not big into alcohol to begin with.
my personal experience- I researched drinking while pregnant heavily and when I decided it would be okay I had a very small glass of my husband's parent's red wine in my early pregnancy, before morning sickness had started for me, I felt fine drinking it didn't get buzzed or anything but the next the day I got so sick I knew in that moment that my baby really did not like alcohol so I abstained from it since
In your third trimester, having a glass or two (listen to your body) is actually really beneficial because it relaxes your body so you can rest with comfort. I had a high risk pregnancy with my twins and was in the worst pain that last month so my doctor told me to just have a glass when the pains are really bad. I'm 5 months pregnant now with my single baby and I've had wine here and there whenever I've been out. Nothing major.

No.. No alcohol. They used to say a glass of wine was ok but not anymore.

I've heard a lot of good benefits from it from having just a single glass. @pinkkittie87

if red wine is bad then they need to ban McDonalds and every single fast food and frozen food in the grocery. you can drink wine in moderation.

my advice is to listen to your body, try a lil and pay attention to how your body and baby respond, you'll know if it feels right or not
