ugh now getting lower back pain along with the vag area pain :( and I had 1 really bad cramp that went all the way around about 5mins ago... little John is moving around like normal :) Dr app day after tomorrow 1 of 3 I have left before he is born :)

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Mom's that went natural no meds , was it painful? Or painful PAINFUL ? I got an epidural last time but I wanna go no meds...
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Unfortunately I had a four degree tear with my second it took me 2 months to heal from that it was sooooooo painful I lost more blood than I ever thought I would I had 30 stitches total😩hope I don’t get torn this time around
