my mom always told me to start at 20 weeks. because you never know when you will need it and you will unpack and repack it 100 times.

I feel like she may come early too, before her due date atleast. I have all next weekend off & I'll be 31 weeks. I plan to wash her blankets & some other things just in case. Cause like you said you never really know. @beaniebaby810

good luck! I found out the first go around I didn't need everything I took. I don't even know what I'm having yet and I'm already putting our bags together in my head. lol.
