the baby can have any last name you give them. whether he signs it over or not you decide when you fill out the birth certificate.

I agree with @mommy2bee1696. You are the mom, what you want for your baby is your decision and no one else's. I know that it is your mom and that most of us want to make our moms proud and happy but she is your mom, not your baby's. Just take your time and think about what you really want for your baby. Trust your gut. If you ever need to talk about it or anything, you can talk to me. Even though we don't know each other. I love helping other people.
