Not pregnancy related and I'm probably gonna get hate for this but I need to rant. I hate when waitresses are so adamant about "20% tip is that so hard". I've been a waitress before. I love it. I didn't expect a huge tip based on what the price of their food was! That had nothing to do with my job. My tip expectations were based on my performance and attitude. Even if I was totally awesome and only got a four or five dollar tip I didn't really bitch. Some people only have a night out once in a while when they can afford it and everyone can't afford a big tip! If you don't like a job based on tips, don't work it! McDonald's pays 9.00 an hour and last time I checked they're always hiring 💁
