Sounds like constipation. I've dealt with that on and off.

its not the same as the constipation pain though @babyt08262016 and @teampinkandblue I've been having them off and on but nothing consistent.

Go get checked out. It could be time.

@rainbow_mommys2122, does it feel more like a pressure in your bottom area... feeling like you have to poop is a sign of labor and a sign that baby is ready especially since your at @ 40 I would go get that checked out.

Is there anyone you can call? How far away are you from the hospital? At 40 weeks and having the urge to poop is a huge sign of labor :/

@rainbow_mommys2122, your water doesn't have to break for you to be in labor you never know what could be going on so go to a doctor

How long has this been going on?? Can you call your doctor and ask?

I'd go to the L&D that's how i felt with my first born it wasent till i got to the hospital that they told me i was 5 cm dilated and all i felt was that i needed to go poop every 5 mins

If your water hasn't broken it's much easier to miss/not feel contractions as there is a nice cushion between babies head and your pelvis, like the girls said you could very well be in labour :) go mama go!

the contractions that I've felt so far just feel like cramps. I don't want to go and be sent home. :/ and its been happening like off and on all day and I feel nauseous too. I've been in preterm labor 3 times now and on Valentine's day I was having contractions but wasn't dilating fast enough so they sent me home. I was at a 3.5 and 70% thinned then too.
