We did the jellybean game, where when everybody comes they sign a paper and guess how many they think is in the jar. If they get it right at the end they win a gift card.
Not a game but one thing we did was had everyone decorate a bib for the baby. It was a cute idea and I'm going to save all of the bibs for her. We also had everyone sign a onesie for her that I'll also save :)
I bought a few pairs of granny panties, marenity shirts and pants and had the men take a baby doll and put it in the pants, get dressed and race around the room carrying a baby
With toilet paper they have to guess how many pieces it will take to go around my belly, gerber two couples get blind folded and who ever finish it first wins, juice in a bottle they have to drink it like a baby first to finish wins.
break ur water.....freeze a plastic baby in a cup they are not allowed to put it under a light or make it warm until you say induce labor the first persons ice to melt wins

I also did a game where you had to hold a baby with the phone up to your ear and hang clothes on a clothes line.

melt chocolate in a diaper and they have to guess what kind of chocolate bar you used. they can sniff it, taste it and look really close at it lol
