It's different for everyone it could be anywhere from 24hrs to days to weeks. I lost my plug Thursday at 12:44am and still losing mucus, I go in tomorrow to check on my dilation and possibly talk about induction

losing your mucus plug isn't really a sign of labor. it can grow back.

it's different for every woman... I lost my mucus plug Saturday nite Nd 12am Monday my water broke Nd this was @ 38weeks...
