I wouldn't! you could hand express just enough to relieve some of the engorged feeling but even you empty them they will fill back up and your milk won't dry up!

Just pump a little, dont completely empty your breasts and youll be fine. Maybe a hot shower too!

Just take a how shower or hot heating pads to relieve pain milk is going to come out regardless of what u do

Ya if they leak on there on it will relieve the engorged feeling and you wont even have to pump and eventually they will dry up on their own. Just dont empty because your body will do supply and demand.
