I started when my daughter was 11 months, I mixed it with a little formula for a few weeks just to make the transition on her stomach easier. She handled it fine though.
I started giving my son milk to drink with supper aroubd 11 months and slowly started giving him more and more in bottles now he's just turned 1 and drinks a few formula bottles just trying to get rid of the formula.

I just gave it to him in his bottle. Some people mix it with formula, but I didn't.
