empty, much more comfortable and you're far along enough now that baby is above the pelvic bone. both times I went for early gender ultrasounds I was asked to empty my bladder.

you'll need it to be full. I went and peed right before and they couldn't get the precise measurements they needed so almost had to redo. they'll tell you if you need to empty it

I would call your Dr office and ask... some require full some require empty... call early enough so you can be ready

& try drinking as much water as you can before

Just go with a full and if they want it empty you can pee. Lol
