My hatred for video games has strengthened since joining this app and seeing all the women on here complaining about their dudes spending more time on their games than spending time with them. So sad :( A reason why I will never get a video game for my son. There are other more exciting real-life activities in the world. Video games are just a big distraction.

as someone who loves video games i have a love hate relationship with them when it comes to my hubby sometimes I would like attention but I know just how important they are to not only him but to myself. after all that's part of the reason we got together in the first place

I've seen that as advice from other ladies. "If you can't beat them, join them," type thing. I'm happy you guys can make it something to do together. Every relationship is different.
