I had the mirena for a couple of years after my daughter was born. I had no problems except for the infections all the time. It came out with no problem.
DONT GET DEPO! It sterilized my best friend. she's 24 and will have to go through ivf or have a surrogate if she and my brother (her hubby) want to have kids together. she has had to have hormone injections and steroids just to get her ovaries to working 5%.
I'm not sure what happened and what went wrong with your friend hun but it may have been a more personal issue or she thinks depo have done this. All the women I've known to be on depo haven't had fertility issues not once @happilymarriedmommaoffour
no they ran the tests and found out that it was the depo that caused her fertility problems. She had been getting the shot since she was 16. I just read an article about it and I'll find it and post it here for you to read as well @alexusasia420

Well if you were having a c-section they tie your tubes right then and there of you want it done. They ask you before surgery and before they close you back up @happilymarriedmommaoffour
