so anybody else have this problem and how do i fix it......all day and night when i lay down stomach…

so anybody else have this problem and how do i fix it......all day and night when i lay down stomach acid comes up into my mouth and even up through my nose......it happened ten times last night..... idk what to take for it.....i was taking tums but they aren't helping.....cant ask my dr until monday....
