Question : How do gay's / lesbians have a child and the baby looks just like the SO? I ASKED my hubby last night because I was curious but he said he didn't know.

I would say it has to do with artificial insemination, I have a few lesbian friends who have done it. One of the women still carry and make the baby but they use a sperm donar, and have it inserted to catch their egg

The egg may not have been the person's carrying the baby, it may have been the other partner's. Not sure

the same way heterosexual couples do a few eggs are taken from both women and fertilized and they then take an implant 2 or 3 of whichever women they choos to implant

it is medically possible now to extract dna from egg and sperm cells and replace with new dna. I don't know how much it is done, but it's a possibility.
