Feet are very swollen! I didn't notice until I looked down. Is this something I need too be cautious about?

Swelling is normal. I'd suggest sitting down and putting your feet up

just put them up, if able, when you notice swelling... it's a common thing in pregnancy... however if your blood pressure has been a little high or they mention proteins in your urine and you have the swelling I would put a call into the dr... but like I said if it's just some swelling, it's a common thing
