There is a little kid that lives above us and right now he is currently running back and forth and jumping..this is an everyday thing that he does.. plus sometimes at like 2 o'clock in the MORNING... Im about to lose my shit.
I called the manager the other day to complain so she can talk to them and all she said was oh write a letter so I can take it to the office so that they can deal with it.. because she cant do anything... umm really... Im about to write a letter to complain about my manager too..

why don't you go upstairs and talk with them? how old is the child? my son does the same thing and I had to apologize to my downstairs neighbors, but they understood, because he's a kid playing and enjoying being a kid. @polancobaby at 2am yes that's annoying. I'm sorry

he like in kinder or preschool because they take him to school.. and i have gone upstairs before to talk them and all i get is oh sorry.. and thats it... i mean i get he is a kid but ugh im going crazy... @nichole_lynn

maybe you should try talking to them one more time to try to reach common ground.. because though you're frustrated, which is completely fine, you wouldn't appreciate if the roles were switched and someone wrote a letter on you for your child being a child

but the 2 am noise should definitely be addressed. because if he's in school why is he up at 2 am anyways lol
