I want to call my nurse to see if they can help diagnose this pain I've been getting these past few weeks in my lower abdomen , I just don't know how to really explain it .. All I know is in the morning when I use the bathroom for the first time and my flow is the heaviest, I get an extremely sharp pain on the lower right side of my stomach. I guess it's my uterus ? ( I'm not sure and that's why I don't know how to explain this to them) all I know is it is extremely painful and happens soon as I start to pee and last a few minutes after wards. It feels like I've been stabbed the pain is pretty severe. When I use the bathroom is when it mainly happens but I got the pain last night at the dinner table while I was eating so it's not just when I pee, so I don't think it has something to do with that yet I have no idea what could be causing this pain .. Hmm .. Has anyone else experienced something similar to this ?

@theemmariefactor, thought you would like to know ! Nurse said it sounds like round ligament pains and said its just due to stretching like you said !
Found out it's just round ligament pains .. Not much I can do about it other then take Tylenol if it causes me too much discomfort
you might have an infection, since it's worst when you're going to the bathroom. call and see if they will do a urine test - might also be kidney stones, etc.
Yeah I used to get that. Every morning. And then sporadically throughout the day. It's died down now. I think it's just your ligaments stretching from the change in position. Especially in the morning because you've been laying down for so long. I never asked because I figured the pain was normal. Let me know if you find out!
