moms heeelllpppp!!! ive breastfed my little boy for a month, well I have decided to stop breastfeeding(pumping) & the pain from engorgement is crucial... how long will this last? any advice on helping ease the pain or anything?

lay down in the bathtub. :) it will release the milk from your body without telling your body to make more if a baby is nursing or you pump it'll tell your body to make more. I couldn't breastfeed so I had to do that. very uncomfortable. hope it helps! @mommie0v3

I used ice packs and heating pads and alternated, The engorging went down a couple weeks later just try not to stimulate them. And they should go down.
