Natural with no epidural is amazing. Painful, yes, but it makes for a more memorable memory. Either way you go numb down there...might as well do it drug free and let the body numb you naturally rather than have a large ass needle jabbed in your spine and inject a medicine in you. Proud of you! Good luck! But remember that even if you decide to go with an epidural or med, you did amazing :) Don't let others tell you different.

I ended up having complications. Cord was wrapped around my LOs neck, her heartbeat was in the 30s, she got stuck in the canal, and I couldn't focus with my eyes...I had an emergency forced forceps done, still natural and still with no epidural. Even if complications arise, I believe you can do it with no meds :) But I hope you have an easy one. Look up how to massage and certain exercises to help soften the area so you don't tear like I did.
