Maybe you should try soaking in an oatmeal bath? You can find a box of oatmeal bath in any store like riteaid, cvs, etc. I used to take oatmeal baths when I was younger to help with itchy and dry skin. Just make sure the water isn't scorching hot though! I've also been using hemp lotion and it works wonders for me.. You can find it in TJmaxx.
