Stomach is cramping so bad, can't tell the difference between Braxton hicks & the real thing. Just don't want to be the mom who cries labor... 😩

Braxton hicks aren't painful, just uncomfortable. Contractions are PAINFUL. I was nervous I wouldn't know but when they started I knew it was them for sure. Good luck.
You will know when you are having real contractions. With my daughter I had a ton of braxton hicks and I kept going to the hospital thinking it was time and the day I went into labor I knew I was having real contractions, The pain was unbearable and I just could feel the difference.

@mrssmithmomof3, only difference is you've been pregnant before, I don't even know what they feel like just know this pain is brutal.. But you aren't far ahead of me 😊

mmommy31996, I've switched positions and drank water & laid on my left side and it stays consistent. My lower back is also really hurting. However I still feel her moving so it's hard to tell ☹
