Does anyone else where their stretch marks are look like there is blood underneath a layer of skin? like I know what it looks like when it stretched and is red and kinda veining but this looks like my skin is ripping and bleeding underneath a layer of skin..

Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
28 weeks. in this photo it shows my stretch marks from 10yrs ago from having twins. they do not look like this in person. they are white.
