I'm 17 weeks and 4 days and in between my boob and armpit hurt really bad is my milk coming in?

yes & where there getting bigger I'd always took a hot shower to help with the pain or a warm bath

It may be, your milk ducts go all the way up to your armpits so it could be that

Your milk will not come in until after baby is born. Probably just growing pain :)
