@maytee.kevynnsmomma0316, @lilanne1927, I have educated her extensively about carseat safety because I spent $150 on a good carseat for her and gave her a $75 gift card to Walmart to buy a high back booster for the kid that's not even in a carseat right now.
apparently she sold the $150 carseat and bought one used for $20 and used the gift card for herself.. the kid has beyond outgrown the carseat she bought him too, and the other kid isn't even in a carseat still. I'm raging pissed off... I spent that much money on her for the sole reason that she let me teach her best practice carseat safety.

sounds like my old neighbor she would put her son in the carrier with no straps and just lock him into the base upfront.
