question and advice please!!! I'll be thirty weeks Monday with twins, and ever since Thursday, I've been getting a pain in my pelvic area. it's not constant. it's just once in a while, usually while I'm standing up or walking and whatnot. it's more like a pressure and it can get painful from the pressure. I go to have another ultrasound Monday!

My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.
Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
laying on my side on the couch and there is so much pressure between my legs and it's slightly painful. is this signs of labor?
