Is it a danger in using a travel system that was intended for display only? What's the difference? Because we've been wondering why our travel system didn't come with a carseat base and discovered The travel system my boyfriend bought from one of his friends/cousins who bought from someone else is apparently stolen and for display only🙄

YES! Do not use it. I used to work in the infant section at WalMart and the displays are literally just that! A display. They don't meet safety requirements and they are missing a lot of small but important things.

@deelovesdash, girl yes! At least you asked before using it. I hate that they did that to you guys though, $50 is a lot of money to waste when you're having a baby. BUT you can get a cheap used one at a resell store like Once Upon A Child.

I've been to once upon a child before and I'm just not a big fan of having to clean the used car seats so looks like a new expensive one is my only choice lol @dang_dridri

That sound like a crack head move. Once upon a child doesn't take hard used things. I got a couple of things from there and just washed them.
