@2016amaro, I don't want to go by the standard thing I see online, because I don't make "standard" babies. I registered for 2 boxes of size 1 diapers, but I'd rather be a bit ahead, ya know?

@me ily18234, yes I feel the same way! I bought a box of swaddlers newborn for up to 8 pounds. I don't know what to expect it's my first 😱

@2016amaro, my son was 8lb 7oz. I am not even messing with the newborn sizes this time. I know the hospital will have them and if need bee I'll just jack their stash

I only have two small packs of newborns , 5 boxes of 1s , 4 boxes of 2s , and 3 boxes of 3s . I'm picking them up as they go on sale or o have coupons plus most places will let you exchange the size regardless of where they were originally bought .

But idk stocking up can be bad because you don't know what brands you will end up liking every baby is different like my son leaks with huggies so I never use that

my daughter was 8 5.5 and she was in newborn diapers from the day she was born until we left the hoslital 2 dahs later. so just get a small pack just in case but stock up on your size 1s and size 2s
