I swear I need to make a friend or two :( it's hard being 23 and married with kids trying to make friends that are my age bc they are usually living the single life always partying and what not. I just want a friend who does more than "turn up" every weekend. I swear my husband is basically my only friend since we've moved to Charlotte almost a year ago.

I'm in the same boat!!! I'm 21, engaged(waiting to let fasfa help with school before I actually get married) with a 9 month old and pregnant!!! I've only lived in az for a few years and the friends I do have want to party since they are in college!!! I take my daughter to the park and see the mommy groups hanging out while their kids play and I'm over there alone!

I travel between Charlotte and Monroe all the time, and I definitely do not "turn up" during the weekend lol!

Girl I feel your pain. I can be your texting buddy if you'd like. I'm 27, married (2 years this June), I have a 7 year old daughter and another lil nugget on the way. Originally from Brooklyn, NY but we live in north Atlanta. I was recently laid off so as of lately I've been a SAHM so I have all the time in the world.

sometimes that's better than having fake ppl around you. my husband is my only friend although I do have a best friend we've been friends since high school and I'm almost 22 now but I tell myself I do not need more friends bcuz I barely have time and don't like fake ppl amd def don't like them girls who are always partying and what not.
