have you check your blood pressure ? if it's fine then maybe you will I swelled up with my first son mainly my face but I'd check in with the doctor just to be sure it's nothing more seriously

ur body swelling could me a sign of preeclamsia/toxemia. check ur blood pressure please. this happen to me with my daughter @baby_2016

Definitely. it just happens suddenly. i went to labor and delivery to just get check ended up having an emergency c section 6 hours later ar 28 weeks

I would go tomorrow to a store and check your blood pressure to be safe but my hands, feet, calfs, and even my face began to swell weeks before birth even when my blood pressure was low!! I spend a ton of time standing so my doctor said that was most likely the cause!!
