L&D stories with yalls first child ? I just wanna know what to expect lol..
well I deliver my twins at 37+3 with a healthy pregnancy! I went into the hospital at 2am on Nov 18 to be induced i was only 2cm at 10am my doc came in and broke my water. once my water broke contractions hit within a min they were so pain ful they were five mins apart, every hour they got so damn strong so my doc order the epidural and around 2pm it wore off and I didn't want to take anymore but they end up giving me more because it was becoming two mins apart than an min apart . around 6:30pm I got such a crazy pain it felt like I needed to pop but they said it was the baby pushing his way. so I pushed about 20 mins and let me tell u those 20mins felt like hrs it hurt soooo bad I felt every single pain pushing my son out I wasn't on Amy meds when it came to push and it took me 10mins to push my daughter out. I was the first person in ten years who deliver vag in my county. my son was 5 Pounds my daughter 4pounds. she had to stay in to hospital for about a week and half due to eating lose everything else she was doing perfectly fine. my son got home the next day (:
Girl I have 4 and twins on the way hell it isn't that bad Lol you'll be fine @caitlinnalexis
Thank you! I want to try and go natural, but if I end up getting an epidural , I'm fine either way. People are just making it seem soooo horrible! @teampinkandblue
It's really not bad hun if you're planning on getting the epidural u should be fine pretty much they just start u on fluids and monitor your contractions they check u every so often to see how far you're dialating once you get so many centimeters they'll give u the epidural after that everything runs smooth you'll probably sleep off and on until its time to push
I wanna go natural too @caitlinnalexis
