I get so annoyed with people giving the wrong advice when it comes to EXCLUSIVE breastfeeding. EBF - no formula.. EVER, no pumping til AT LEAST 6 weeks so your supply can regulate to babies needs and you can pump and not mess up your supply , no supplementing with formula, PACE FEEDING if baby needs pumped milk and mommas at work or something, LOTS of skin to skin, the only TRUE way to tell if baby is getting enough milk is babies diaper count NOT how baby acts or how your boobs feel, breastfeeding is all about supply and demand; your body will supply for babies demand.. not a pumps (your boobs don't react the same to a pump, sensory touches).. oversupply is not awesome unless you plan on donating..

these don't apply to mommas who exclusively pump (a whole different guideline) or mommas who do half and half.

so please consider who you're getting info from when it comes to EBF, EP, 1/2&1/2. there is misguided information everywhere.
